Marco Spiezia was born in Italy and grew up in UK.
After graduating in management he spent the first part of his career in business and marketing.

The dissatisfaction with old business practices sparked his passion for Neuro Linguistic Programming and behavioural science, which led to the start of his consultancy business in 2014.
He has worked across multiple industries and travelled the world extensively.

Founder of THEN AGAIN, fluent in 4 languages, a husband, father, music lover, but most importantly someone who is ready to listen and turn your problems into opportunities.

I will help you fix things, but you'll need to do some work too. Consultants are sometimes called in to do the "dirty work". I can help you doing the clearing, but I will also tell you when something has to be done by you and not me. We'll do it together, and it'll work out. I promise.
