Meet the founder
Marco Spiezia was born in Italy and grew up in UK.
After graduating in management he spent the first part of his career in business and marketing.
The dissatisfaction with old business practices sparked his passion for Neuro Linguistic Programming and behavioural science, which led to the start of his consultancy business in 2014.
He has worked across multiple industries and travelled the world extensively.
Founder of THEN AGAIN, fluent in 4 languages, a husband, father, music lover, but most importantly someone who is ready to listen and turn your problems into opportunities.

Hiding from the truth:
Be honest with your story and your fears. If I'm not told the truth I can't really help you or your team.
Bullies:
Whatever the issue is we will find a solution without hurting other people.
Narcissists:
If you believe you're always right and everybody else is wrong then we need to fix you, not your organisation. You need to be prepared to question your actions and accept you may have made mistakes. But don't worry! Doing that is perfectly normal, and what counts is how we fix them.
