Aggressive behaviour:
There’s a difference between being energetic and being aggressive, and a difference between being loud and shouting. There’s a difference between being tough and being a bully, and there’s a difference between being competitive and being evil.
To be your scapegoat:
If you are not capable of running your team, don’t call me and say the team has a problem. I will help you solve issues, but I won’t be your puppet because you’re afraid to be honest about your own mistakes. If something has gone wrong and you’re ready to accept you may be the reason, then I’m ready to help you. We’ll do it together, we’ll work it out, but you need to have an open mind and willingness to get to the bottom of it all. In the end you will be liberated, lighter, happier. I promise.
